Getting ready is always a series of to-do lists, running around remembering things, washing clothes, haircuts, and quick trips to the store. It's about balancing the time spent thinking about what you need with the time spent with those you're leaving behind. A mission trip means wanting your heart to be ready, so you are always checking your faith balance.
I received a call today from someone who was apprehensive about going, but they received affirmations that this is exactly what they're supposed to be doing for spring break. Pray for the team as they pack. Pray for their hearts to be ready. Pray for them to sleep well tonight and ensure they arrive bright and early at the airport, ready to do whatever God has for them.
